Procedure to be followed for error free Upgradation: -
NOTE 1:- If file is in zip format extract it first to get digicap.dav file.
NOTE 2:- Also kindly make sure that device does not get switch off while updating the firmware.
Important Steps: -
1:- Kindly format your USB drive by fat32 format.
2:- Kindly transfer digicap.dav file to the USB drive and connect it to the Device.
3A:- For normal 3.4.0 GUI (Kindly go to -> Menu -> Maintenance -> Upgrade -> Select the USB drive and kindly update)
3B:- For 4.0.0 GUI ( Kindly go to -> System Maintenance -> Upgrade -> Select the USB drive and kindly update)
